How to apply
- Fill out the online application.
For more information, please contact us by email at moniteur@skibromont.com. - Participate in a telephone or in-person interview.
- Participate in the new instructor meeting in November. (To access this step, you must have received a positive response to the interview).
- Pass the CASI – Bromont Level I certification exam in December. If you already have your certification, proceed to step 5. (You will receive the procedure for this step once you have been selected as a candidate).
- Successfully complete the buddy program, assisting an instructor on a course.

Become an assistant instructor ski
How to apply
- Fill out the online application.
- Participate in the Off-Snow Hiring Clinic.
The role of the Assistant Instructor is to assist the ski instructor while gaining experience. The students who follow the Premonitor group program will continue their technical progression in skiing and will learn the basics in group management, the use of the lifts, how to develop a beginner and intermediate skier. It is complementary, but not mandatory for the Assistant Instructor position.
