Season Pass Refund Program / 2024-2025

The Season Pass Holder Refund Program 2024-2025 allows season pass holders who purchased their pass before April 15, 2024, and have not used it, to request a refund or postpone its use to the 2025-2026 season.

Eligibility

To be eligible, the customer must:

  • Have purchased a 2024-2025 season pass before April 15, 2024, at Bromont.
  • Not have used their pass in any way.

POSTPONEMENT: Terms and Conditions

POSTPONEMENT: Terms and Conditions

  • The request must be made between February 28 and October 31, 2024, inclusive, by the season pass holder only. An online form will be available.
  • The pass cannot be transferred to another person.
  • If the rate for the 2025-2026 season is higher, the pass holder will not have to pay the difference.
  • If the validity of passes is modified the following season, the changes will apply to the postponed pass.
  • The pass must not have been used.
  • The “Bring a Friend” discount or other privileges must not have been used.
  • Postponement to the 2025-2026 season can be requested regardless of the type of pass.
  • The postponed pass must be of the same category.
  • The postponed pass will be strictly valid for the regular 2025-2026 season (which begins in mid-November/early December). If the pass holder wishes to ski in spring 2025, they must pay the difference between the regular rate for 2025-2026 and the price paid for the 2024-2025 pass.
  • Any request under this program is irreversible once processed.
  • Only one postponement is possible.
  • The customer will not be able to repurchase a pass for the current season.
  • Administrative fees of $45 including taxes apply to each pass subject to a request for postponement for the 2025-2026 season. For a group pass – family pass All-time only – administrative fees are $75 including taxes.
  • If a payment installment program is offered, the pass must be fully paid to request the 2024-2025 pass refund program.
  • The 2025-2026 postponement is also valid for the rechargeable card deposit, if applicable.
  • In the event that a group purchase – Anytime family pass  – is modified with the removal of a pass, the pricing could be adjusted.
  • Options added to the ski pass (Unlimited Mountain Biking, Enduro, Alpine Touring) cannot be postponed to the following season.
  • The 2025-2026 postponement does not allow for the enjoyment of discounted options for summer 2025 (Unlimited Mountain Biking, Enduro) or winter 2025-2026 (Alpine Touring).

Refund: Terms and Conditions

  • If a payment installment program is offered, the pass must be fully paid to request the 2024-2025 pass refund program.
  • Refund is also valid for the rechargeable card deposit, if applicable.
  • In the event that a group purchase – family pass All-time – is modified with the removal of a pass, the pricing could be adjusted.
  • Options added to the ski pass (Unlimited Mountain Biking, Enduro, Alpine Touring) are not refundable.
  • In the case where subscriber-priced options (Unlimited Mountain Biking, Enduro, and Alpine Touring) are added to the ski pass at the time of purchase, pricing will be adjusted.

Credit request - Moving or illness / 2024-2025

A person can request a credit on their season pass if:

  • A medical reason prevents him from continuing his season.
  • If they moves more than 200km away from Bromont, montagne d’expériences (150 rue Champlain, Bromont (Québec)).

In the case of a medical reason, the season pass holder must provide a dated doctor’s note attesting to his or her inability to practice a snow sport.

In the case of a move, the season pass holder must provide dated proof of relocation (e.g., lease, proof of employment transfer).

By completing the form, the applicant agrees to provide the required documentation and accepts all terms and conditions of this credit application program.

Conditions

  • All requests must be made by the season pass holder by completing the form and submitting it by April 15, 2025.
  • Credit can be requested for any type of paid season pass.
  • The amount credited is based on the number of uses and the period; an administration fee of $45 taxes included is applicable on each season pass requested (See table below).
  • A medical document or a proof of moving more than 200km from Bromont, montagne d’expériences must be provided. If at the time of purchase, the season pass holder already lives more than 200km away, this reason is not valid.
  • The credit is issued on a gift card valid on all Bromont, montagne d’expériences products if the amount is less than $600. If the amount is greater than $600, a refund will be issued on a credit card.
  • All requests under this program are irreversible once processed.
  • If a parent, spouse (legal or common law) or child up to the age of 17 of the person entitled to the credit is no longer able to use their season pass, they can also receive the credit according to the rules above. This option is only valid for one additional person. Bromont, montagne d’expériences commits to paying the amount of the season pass in a gift card according to the conditions mentioned above.
  • No refund, transfer or credit will be made if the cause is a change in sanitary measures.
  • The season pass cannot be transferred to another person.
  • If an installment plan is offered, the season pass must be paid in full to apply for credit – moving or illness.

Acceptance or denial of the application is at the sole discretion of management. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for us to process the application (at least 15 business days). This time frame applies from the receipt of all required information and/or documents.
The credit is also valid for the reloadable card deposit, if applicable.

Credit can be received in the form of a gift card.

  • Less than $600: Bromont, montagne d’expériences gift card
  • More than $600: refund to credit card

Ticket credit

Skiing, Water Park and Mountain Biking

A customer can apply the value of their daily ticket toward the purchase of a Season pass, under certain conditions.

To obtain a credit applicable to a Season pass for the same season, the customer can visit the Customer Service with their proof of purchase or call 1-866-276-6668, extension 7600. Proof of purchase will be required to apply the credit to a Season pass for the current season.

The credit only applies to the same activity. For example, a daily bike ticket can only be credited toward a bike Season pass.

The Season Pass Cancellation Program allows a 2024-2025 season pass holder who has not used their season pass prior to the season to receive a credit.

  • The credit is issued on a gift card valid on all Bromont, montagne d’expériences products if the amount is less than $600. If the amount is greater than $600, a refund will be issued on a credit card.
  • All requests under this program are irreversible once processed.
  • An administrative fee of $45 including taxes is applicable to each season pass that is subject to a cancellation request.
  • If an installment plan is offered, the season pass must be paid in full to apply for the season pass cancellation plan.

Guaranteed conditions

A customer who is not satisfied with the ski conditions may request a ticket of the same value for a future visit during the same season.

Eligibility

  • Hold a ski ticket for the day of the request.
  • Formulate the request within half an hour of arrival or after a descent by going to Customer Service.

Closings and compensation

Thunderstorms

In the event of a thunderstorm, all activities at the resort will cease for a minimum of 30 minutes after each thunderclap. No compensation measures are offered.

Ski lift stoppage

In the event of momentary stoppage of a chair or gondola lift, users may be offered compensation depending on the length of the service interruption. Teams on site will determine whether compensation is warranted and decide what type should be offered, if applicable.

Complete closure

If imminent full closing of the resort is announced, provision is made for compensation based on the use of the single-day ticket. Users must go to the Customer Service counter to request compensation, if applicable.

Partial closure

In the event of partial closing of the resort, no compensation measures are offered.

Early closure

If early closing of the resort is announced, no day ticket refund is offered. A discount may be offered on the price of a future visit, if the ticket is purchased on the same day as the closing.

Exception: The holder of a ticket purchased online, upon learning of an early closing, may request a refund of that ticket in exchange for a discounted onsite ticket valid for that day.

UNUSED TICKET FROM THE PREVIOUS SEASON

The station will honour the value of an unused ticket from the previous season for a ticket of the same length and category from the current season. However, the customer must pay the difference in price, if applicable.

Accompaniment of persons with reduced mobility

A free ticket is offered to the companion of a person with reduced mobility with the purchase of a day ticket at a regular price.

Ski school

General terms and conditions

  • Ski tickets are not included, except for initiation plans.
  • All prices are per person.
  • A minimum number of registrations is required for the program to be offered.
  • Taxes are not included in the prices indicated. Rates are valid for the 2024-2025 season.
  • Payment will be required upon reservation.
  • Our tickets and season passes are now issued on online reloadable cards. A refundable deposit of $5 (GST and PST not applicable) will be added on each season pass or ticket purchased.

Ticket credit

Customers may apply the value of a single-day ticket to the purchase of a season pass, subject to certain conditions.

Skiing

  • Passes must be purchased within 48 hours of the visit, at Customer Service or by telephone. The ticket’s RFID card or invoice will be required.

Water Park and Mountain Activities

  • To obtain a credit, customers must present themselves to Customer Service on the day of their visit, with their bracelet on their wrist. Proof of purchase will be required. They can also call us within 48 hours of their visit. The invoice is required to complete the transaction.

Mountain Biking

  • Season pass must be purchased within 48 hours of the visit, at Customer Service or by telephone. The ticket’s RFID card or invoice will be required.

CABANAS AND SUN SHELTERS

No refunds or credits are available for unused cabana or sun shelter rentals.

If you are unable to come the day of your rental, you can request a postponement up to 48 hours before the date of your visit. You will be able to choose a new date depending on the availability of our sites. No postponements will be made for the following season.

Closings and compensation

Complete closure

In the event of a complete closure of the Water Park, compensatory measures are provided for day ticket customers. Users must go to the ticket office to claim the compensation, if applicable.

When an early closure is announced, no refunds will be given on tickets. However, users must go to the ticket office to claim compensation, if applicable.

Accompaniment of persons with reduced mobility

Free access is offered to the companion of a person with special needs with the purchase of a day ticket or a regular-priced season pass.

Instructions:

The person with special needs must present the Access2 card or the Carte Accompagnement Loisirs (CAL) to benefit from this privilege.

For faster access to the box office, customers must contact us in advance to make arrangements.

On the same day, a customer service employee will be assigned to welcome the person with special needs and his or her companion, allowing them to enter the park more quickly.

In the event of a temporary shutdown of a ski lift, compensatory measures may be offered to passengers depending on the duration of the shutdown. It is up to the teams on site to determine if compensation will be offered and what type of compensation will be offered, if any.

Complete closure

In the event of complete closure of the resort, users with a day ticket or Apex card must go to the Versant du Lac ticket office to claim compensation, where applicable, in accordance with the procedure in force.

Partial closure

In the event of a partial closure of the station, no compensation is provided.

Early closure

When an early closure is announced, no refunds are given on tickets. However, users must go to the Versant du Lac ticket office to claim compensation, where applicable, according to the procedure in force.

BIKE SEASON PASS CANCELLATION PROGRAM

The season pass cancellation program allows a 2024 Bike season pass holders who has not used their season pass prior to the season to receive a credit.

Eligibility

  • Have purchased a 2024 Bike season pass prior to the opening of the season in Bromont.
  • Not have used their season pass in any way prior to the opening of the season.

Terms and conditions

  • The request must be made at the latest the day before the opening of the season by the season pass holder only. An online form will be available.
  • The season pass cannot be transferred to another person.
  • The season pass must not have been used.
  • Credit can be requested for any type of season pass and is based on the price paid by the member.
  • The credit is issued on a gift card valid on all Bromont, montagne d’expériences products if the amount is less than $600. If the amount is greater than $600, a refund is issued on a credit card.
  • All requests under this program are irreversible once processed.
  • An administrative fee of $45 including taxes is applicable on each season pass that is subject to a cancellation request.
  • If an installment plan is offered, the season pass must be paid in full to apply for the season pass cancellation plan.

Season pass cancellation conditions

  • Credit is non-transferable, non-cashable.
  • Credit is also valid for the reloadable card deposit, if applicable.

General conditions

CLOSINGS AND COMPENSATIONS

Thunderstorms

In the event of a storm, the station ceases all its activities for a minimum of 30 minutes after the last thunderclap.

If the thunderclap occurs within the first 30 minutes spent in the Hisséo module (excluding the introduction), since we have to evacuate the game modules, a coupon giving the right to another visit (100%) will be given to the customer.

If the thunderclap occurs after the first 30 minutes in the game, since we have to evacuate the game modules, a coupon giving the right to a discount (50%) for another visit will be given to the customer.

This compensation will be given to Hisséo customers who have purchased a ticket only.

Complete closure

In the event of complete closure of the Hisséo hebertism park, a postponement will be offered to customers who have purchased a ticket only. Users must go to the ticket office to claim compensation, if applicable.

Partial closure

In the event of partial closure of the Hisséo hebertism park, no compensatory measures are planned.

Early closure

When an early closing is announced, no refunds are applied to tickets. However, a deferral will be offered to customers. Users must go to the ticket office to claim compensation, if applicable.

UNUSED TICKET

No refunds or credits will be given for unused tickets for Hisséo activities. If you are unable to attend your activity, you may request a postponement up to 48 hours before the date of your visit, for another date of your choice if we still have places available. No postponements will be made for the following season.
