Answers to your questions about the Mountain Collective pass.

How can I use my Mountain Collective pass?

All passholders will receive their pass by mail. It allows you to skip the ticket line and go straight to the chair lift at most of our member resorts. After purchasing a Mountain Collective pass, send a photo and sign the release form to receive your pass by mail.

How can I use my Mountain Collective pass at Bromont, montagne d'expériences?

Please show photo ID and your purchase confirmation email from Mountain Collective. You’ll receive a BME pass to enjoy your time with us. Please note that a $5 deposit is required for the RFID pass.

I picked Bromont, montagne d’expériences for my 3rd day bonus. How do I use it?

If, when you made your purchase in the spring, you picked Bromont, montagne d’expériences for your 3rd day bonus, we’ll be able to add it to your BME pass on your third day.

Can I change my choice of resort for my 3rd day bonus?

If you’d like to change your choice of resort for your 3rd day bonus from your spring purchase, you must email Mountain Collective at support@mountaincollective.com to make the change before getting to your chosen resort. We’re unable to make the change on the spot the day of. However, we can offer you a 50% discount on the window rate for the extra day.

Can I purchase an additional physical pass to have one for each jacket?

No, we only allow one physical pass per person.

What's the cut-off age for Teen and Child passes?

Teen passes are for skiers and snowboarders aged 13 to 18 at the time of purchase. Child passes are for skiers and snowboarders aged 6 to 12 at the time of purchase. It’s free for ages 5 and under—just select this type of pass at the time of purchase.

Do I need to keep my physical pass for next year?

Yes! You can reuse your physical Mountain Collective pass for future seasons. We encourage you to keep it for future use, as it remains valid each year. You should also know that there’s a cost associated with replacing the physical pass.

What happens if I forget my Mountain Collective pass when I visit?

You can get a physical pass at any of our resorts by showing proof of purchase and ID. If you forget your BME pass the second time you visit, we can issue you a new one for a small deposit.

What happens if I lose my Mountain Collective pass?

If your trip to the resort at least one or two weeks away, apply for a new pass online for $7.
Important note: Only your new pass will be activated and work at Mountain Collective resorts. If you find your old pass, it will no longer work at any Mountain Collective resort.

No worries if you lose your RFID Bromont, montagne d’expériences pass during or after your ski day. We can issue you a new one for a deposit.

Can I transfer my pass to another skier?

No, the Mountain Collective pass is non-transferable. Using someone else’s pass constitutes fraud.

Can I cancel my Mountain Collective pass?

The Mountain Collective pass is non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Do I need to make any advance reservations before visiting a resort?

Some resorts require reservations for ski days (and/or parking) for specific times. Check the resort’s reservations page before your trip for full details. You don’t need to make any reservations before visiting Bromont, montagne d’expériences.

Do I have to book my additional 50% off days before going to Bromont, montagne d'expériences?

No, just like for the days included with your pass, you don’t need to book in advance. To purchase additional 50% off days, show your Mountain Collective confirmation email, photo ID and BME RFID pass at the ticket office. The discount applies to the regular window rate on the day.

I don't have a Mountain Collective pass, but my ski resort is part of the program. Do I get a discount if I go to Bromont, montagne d'expériences?

All Premium passholders can show their ski resort pass and photo ID to get a 50% discount on the regular window rate. Mountain Collective will provide all resorts with lists of these passholders.

Can I make any changes to my reservations at resorts that require reservations?

Yes, you can change your reservations at the following resorts:

Aspen reservations
Big Sky reservations
Jackson Hole reservations
