Experience an unforgettable culinary evening at the Chalet du Sommet with Michel Malo, chef of the Le Babar restaurant in Bromont!
The event will take place on Friday, February 21, from 5:30 PM to 9:30 p.m. To fully enjoy your experience, we recommend arriving no later than 6:15 p.m.
YOUR TIKCET INCLUDES:

To be seated together, all tickets must be purchased in a single transaction (maximum of 6 people). Please note we cannot guarantee you will be seated near another table.

Grilled eggplant fattet makdous style, yogurt sauce, pomegranate, pine nuts, and seven-spice blend

Yogurt-marinated Cantons chicken, butternut squash purée, meat glaze with Arak, garlic potatoes, and tabbouleh
Vegetarian option: the chicken can be substituted with cod

LE BABAR
Located at 616 rue Shefford in Bromont, Le Babar was opened in February 2023 by Thalissa Gailloux and Michel Malo. The restaurant offers refined Middle Eastern cuisine featuring signature dishes like the trio of dips, grilled octopus, or beef and lamb dumplings, all enhanced by authentic flavours. In a warm and contemporary setting, Le Babar also offers a carefully curated selection of natural wines by sommelier Guillaume Lemay.
Le Babar is open from Tuesday to Saturday, 11:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., making it a welcoming destination for food lovers.
UPON ARRIVAL
Present your ticket (printed or electronic version) directly at the gondola, where an employee will be waiting to assist you. Follow the signs to the exclusive access line located on the far-right side of the queues.
Dress warmly! You will need to take an unheated chairlift alongside skiers and walk on a snowy surface.
