Bromont, montagne d’expériences (BME) is turning 60, and the celebration kicks off this Saturday, January 18!
With fresh snowfall and mild temperatures in the forecast, the mountain is set to welcome skiers and riders for a full day of festivities. Things get going at the base of the Village side with a set by comedian Alex Barrette, followed by a high-energy show from Les Trois Accords that’s sure to get the crowd moving.
“I’d like to thank our guests and staff for their incredible loyalty to the mountain,” says Charles Désourdy, President of BME. “Your passion is what drives us to keep delivering an unbeatable ski experience, season after season. We’re also committed to ensuring the long-term future of the mountain, so we can keep skiing for the next 60 years!”
The party continues into the evening with a fireworks display and the first-ever Bal des lumières—a glowing descent down Bedford trail where skiers and snowboarders will light up the night with LED sticks. The evening wraps up with a live show by Qualité Motel at the base of the slopes.
