Answers to your questions about the Mountain Collective pass.

How can I use my Mountain Collective pass?

All passholders will receive their card by mail. It allows you to skip the ticket lines and directly access the ski lifts at most affiliated resorts. After purchasing your Mountain Collective pass, send a photo and sign the waiver to receive your card by mail.

How can I use my Mountain Collective pass at Bromont, montagne d'expériences?

Please present a photo ID along with your Mountain Collective purchase confirmation email. You will receive a BME card to enjoy your days with us. Note that a $5 deposit will be required for the RFID card.

I selected Bromont, montagne d'expériences for my 3rd visit. What should I do to benefit from it?

If, during your spring purchase, you selected Bromont, montagne d’expériences to take advantage of the promotion for a free 3rd day, we can add that day to your BME card during your third visit.

Can I change my selected 3rd promotional visit?

If you wish to change the selection of your 3rd visit made during your spring purchase, you must contact Mountain Collective via email at support@mountaincollective.com to make the change before visiting your chosen resort. We cannot make changes on-site the day of your visit. However, we can offer you a 50% discount on the window rate for that additional day.

Can I purchase an additional card to have one for each jacket?

No, we allow only one card per person.

What is the age limit for Young Adult and Child passes?

Young adult passes are for skiers and snowboarders aged 13 to 18 at the time of purchase. Child passes are for skiers and snowboarders aged 6-12 at the time of purchase. For ages 5 and under, it’s free; you need to select this type of pass at the time of purchase.

Do I need to keep my pass for next year?

Absolutely! You can reuse your card with Mountain Collective for future seasons. We encourage you to keep it for future use as it will remain valid each year. It’s also important to note that there’s a cost associated with replacing the card.

What happens if I forget my Mountain Collective pass during my visits?

You can obtain a day pass at any of our resorts by presenting proof of purchase and identification. If you forget your BME card on your 2nd visit, we can issue you a new one by simply paying the deposit for the card.

What happens if I lose my Mountain Collective pass?

If your resort visit is at least one or two weeks away, request a replacement pass online for $7.
Important note: Only your new pass will be activated and work at Mountain Collective resorts. If you find your old pass, it will no longer function at any Mountain Collective resort.

If you lose your RFID Bromont, montagne d’expériences card during or after your ski day, no worries, we can issue you a new one by simply paying the deposit for the card.

Can I transfer my pass to another skier?

No, the Mountain Collective pass is non-transferable. Using someone else’s pass constitutes fraud.

Can I cancel my Mountain Collective pass?

The Mountain Collective pass is non-cancelable and non-refundable.

Do I need to make reservations in advance for my visits to the resorts?

Some resorts require reservations for ski days (and/or parking spaces) at specific times. Check the resort reservation pages before your visit for details. You do not need to make a reservation before visiting Bromont, montagne d’expériences.

Do I need to book my additional days at a 50% discount before visiting Bromont, montagne d'expériences?

No, just like your included days with your pass, you do not need to book in advance. To purchase additional days at a 50% discount, present your Mountain Collective confirmation email, a photo ID, and your BME RFID card at the ticket window. The discount applies to the regular window rate on the day of your visit.

I don't have a Mountain Collective pass, but my ski resort is part of the program. Do I get a discount at Bromont, montagne d'expériences?

All Premium passholders can present their ski resort pass, along with a photo ID, to receive a 50% discount on the regular window rate. Mountain Collective will provide all resorts with lists of these passholders.

Can I make modifications to my reservations at resorts that require them?

Yes, you can make changes to your reservations at the following Mountain Collective resort locations:

Jackson Hole Réservations
